Interview with Chief Executive Graham Farrant

Who are our Interns and what are they here to learn?

BCP Supported Internships are designed to give young people with Education Health Care Plans the opportunity to gain transferable work skills. The programme combines work placements with education. Once students complete the programme they graduate with the skills and experience that will support them in being able to gain employment in future. Within this one-year programme students will go out on different work placements and try different roles in BCP!

Communication and Newsletter Rotation

As part of developing corporate communication skills, current interns Tommy and Joe requested some time from the Chief Executive to ask him some key questions!

Meeting with Graham Farrant, the interns had the opportunity to check with their new employer’s priorities around SEND friendly employment, as well as getting some great advise for starting their careers.
