In the current landscape of career exploration for young people, events like the Careers and Apprenticeship Show serve as a platform for our local future workforce to navigate the start of their professional journey. Held at the Bournemouth International Centre in March 2024, this event was a bustling hub of inspiration, oportunity, and discovery.

The event provided an oportunity for local employers across all sectors to introduce themselves to schools students in the daytime and the general public, parents and young people in the evening. Highlighting all the options for post GCSEs, the 0-25 Education Improvement Team arranged the day and were proud to be able to showcase so many employers and oportunities to help retain young talent in the area.
